The room was modern, spotlessly clean, spacious and the beds very comfortable. The bar area was good and with a pool table which we thought was an unusual facility in this type of hotel. Although we didn’t use the pool the area look clean and tidy. Breakfast was both hot and cold food. The quality and choice was very good. The location was great for the 49 ers stadium, 5 mins down the road, and good for Apple Park, Google Plex, etc.

Great charging points, each side of the bed. Fresh and modern. Clean. Outdoor pool, heated. Good breakfast. Quiet.

Their pet policy includes rabbits, staff was kind and early check-in was available when we ran out stuff to do before unpacking and making sure our rabbit was somewhere so we didn't have to think about who stayed in the car with him, elevators require room making us feel safer than I ever have in a hotel.

The female staff, the bartenders, breakfast staff, day manager was excellent and treated us like we were special!

The rooms were dusty. Every time I moved the curtains there was dust. Other than that, the hotel was comfortable.

The staff made a shark out of towels (we were in town for a Shark game) and even left us an assortment of snacks and drinks as a gift as we were also celebrating my partners birthday! Breakfast was delicious and they had a great selection to pick from

Free breakfast was a plus. Loved the fact that we were able to get a 2 bedroom suite. Sofa couch wasn't very comfy wished they had roll away beds.

I liked everything, but I have to emphasize how great the staff is. Every single staff member we interacted with was kind, friendly, and helpful. Even staff we only passed by were incredibly welcoming.

The receptionist was extremely respectful/polite/friendly and he even recommended us to a few restaurants
