Hyatt House San Jose-Silicon Valley

The room was modern, spotlessly clean, spacious and the beds very comfortable. The bar area was good and with a pool table which we thought was an unusual facility in this type of hotel. Although we didn’t use the pool the area look clean and tidy. Breakfast was both hot and cold food. The quality and choice was very good. The location was great for the 49 ers stadium, 5 mins down the road, and good for Apple Park, Google Plex, etc.

Their pet policy includes rabbits, staff was kind and early check-in was available when we ran out stuff to do before unpacking and making sure our rabbit was somewhere so we didn't have to think about who stayed in the car with him, elevators require room making us feel safer than I ever have in a hotel.

The rooms were dusty. Every time I moved the curtains there was dust. Other than that, the hotel was comfortable.

Free breakfast was a plus. Loved the fact that we were able to get a 2 bedroom suite. Sofa couch wasn't very comfy wished they had roll away beds.

The receptionist was extremely respectful/polite/friendly and he even recommended us to a few restaurants
